Four new people have joined the NAHB Field Representative Program and are ready to fan out across the country to help state and local HBAs throughout the Federation.
Let’s meet them.

Morgan worked to educate clients on the importance of saving, building retirement, portfolio diversification and more. She has a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance with a focus in wealth management from the University of Toledo. Morgan now lives in Falls Church, Va.
Region C: Alex Martindale. Alex, member of a home building family, comes to NAHB by way of South Carolina, where she served as a public relations intern for two different HBAs. She has a strong background in strategic communications. Alex is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations. Alex resides in Louisville, Ky.
Region D: Justin Reyes. A former high school agriculture teacher in Texas, Justin has experience in developing curriculum, supervising student project animals, establishing relations with industry leaders and enhancing youth leadership. Justin is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Agricultural Science and a certification in Secondary Agricultural Science and Technology Education. Justin will be based out of Kansas City, Mo.
Region E: Alicia George. Alicia recently completed a judicial clerkship with the Northern Judicial Circuit of Georgia, where she balanced the needs of a team of judges in a large geographic area. She is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Denver. Alicia received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia. Alicia resides in Denver.
These new reps join the five who launched the program in 2015. HBAs are encouraged to invite an NAHB Field Representative to their next general membership meeting, Parade of Homes, or any other event to meet the EO and members. Each one is happy to talk about ways your national association can better serve you, take your suggestions, and share your good ideas with other HBAs in our great Federation.
