NWA CONSIDERED 22ND FASTEST GROWING
Northwest Arkansas was the 22nd fastest-growing metro area in the country last year, according to population estimates released in March. The estimated population of the area increased 2.3% between 2015 and 2016 according to the Census Bureau.
This year, the NWA HBA Foundations plans to participate in a day of giving in Arkansas. On April 6, non-profits from around the state are reaching out to the public to ask them to give. The Arkansas Community Foundation started this day of giving and adds the opportunity to earn bonus dollars for each non-profit that participates. All donations given to the Foundation help support students interested in the construction trades industry.
